Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the current CineLook AI website and its browser-based creative tools handle information. It reflects the functionality available in the current codebase and will need to be updated if the service's data practices change.
2. Information You Provide
You may provide images, filenames, creative settings, look selections, and other inputs when using CineLook AI. If you create an account, you also provide an email address and authentication credentials. The current service does not include active payment processing or a server-side contact form.
If an official contact channel is added and you choose to use it, information you submit through that channel may be used to respond to and manage your request.
3. Images and Media
You retain all rights you hold in images and other media you select for use with CineLook AI. Selecting content does not transfer ownership to CineLook AI.
The current image workflows use browser APIs, in-browser workers, canvas processing, Blob URLs, and local export mechanisms. The audited code does not contain a network request that uploads selected images to a CineLook AI server.
4. Information Collected Automatically
The audited application code does not include product analytics, behavioral tracking, advertising trackers, or error-monitoring integrations. When you request a webpage, hosting and network infrastructure may still process ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested URL to deliver and secure the service.
The repository does not identify the operator of that infrastructure or its log retention practices, so this policy does not name a provider or promise a specific retention period.
5. How We Use Information
Information may be processed only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide image previews, grading tools, look recommendations, and exports;
- create and secure accounts and maintain profile and membership records;
- maintain the website, diagnose problems, and protect service security;
- remember supported browser-side workflow choices; and
- respond to a request sent through a verified official contact channel.
CineLook AI outputs are creative assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional certification or a guarantee of color accuracy.
6. Local Processing and Browser Storage
Current Studio and Batch workflows process selected images on your device and keep working data in browser memory, canvas elements, workers, or temporary Blob URLs. Exports are created locally and may be downloaded or written to a folder you select when your browser supports that capability.
The Upload workflow stores an image preview and a selected style identifier inlocalStorage so the Result page can use them. Browser storage can remain until it is cleared, overwritten, or removed by you, the browser, or the application. You can use your browser controls to clear site data.
7. Service Providers
The website uses Supabase to provide authentication and database services for account, profile, and membership records. It may also depend on hosting, network, domain, browser, and device infrastructure. Those providers may process limited account or technical information under their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Data Retention
Browser memory and temporary Blob URLs generally last for the active page or browser session, while browser storage may persist as described above. Locally exported files remain wherever you save them until you delete them.
Account, profile, and membership records may remain while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations. The repository does not define a fixed retention period. Infrastructure logs may follow the applicable provider's independently established retention practices.
9. Data Security
Reasonable efforts may be used to protect the service, but no system or local workflow is completely secure. This policy does not claim a particular security certification or encryption standard. You are responsible for securing your device, browser profile, source files, and exported files.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can choose which files to select, stop using the service, remove items from an active workflow, clear browser site data, and delete exported files from your device. Account holders can sign out at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights concerning personal information held about you.
Requests should be sent through a verified official contact channel published by CineLook AI. No verified privacy or legal email address is currently present in this repository.
11. Children's Privacy
CineLook AI is not intended for children under 18, and the current service is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should use a verified official contact channel when one is published.
12. International Use
CineLook AI may be accessed from different countries. You are responsible for using the service in accordance with laws that apply to you. Hosting and network infrastructure may process technical information in locations determined by the relevant provider; the repository does not specify those locations.
13. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised when CineLook AI features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
14. Contact
CineLook AI does not currently publish a verified legal or privacy contact email in this repository. Before sending a privacy request, use only an official contact channel published by CineLook AI at that time.
You can return to the CineLook AI home page to review the current public contact options.
