Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the CineLook AI website and its current browser-based tools. By using CineLook AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use CineLook AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

CineLook AI currently provides browser-based image tools that may include image previews, creative analysis, look recommendations, grading controls, LUT-related tools, batch processing, and local exports. Available features can vary by browser, device, image, and workflow.

The service includes an account and membership foundation backed by authentication and database services. It does not include an active payment processor, cloud media storage, or a server-side image upload route. Studio and Batch exports remain local.

You may create an account using the supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Membership records identify the current plan, but paid subscriptions and purchasing are not active.

You retain all rights you hold in images, text, settings, and other content you provide. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions needed to use it with CineLook AI.

You may not provide content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or that violates another person's privacy or other rights.

You grant only the limited permission needed to process your content at your direction, display it within the active workflow, and produce the outputs you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content and ends when it is no longer reasonably needed to provide the requested workflow, subject to browser storage you control.

You may not use CineLook AI to:

• break applicable law or encourage unlawful activity;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• upload or process content you are not authorized to use;
• distribute malware or interfere with service operation or security;
• bypass access restrictions or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• misrepresent outputs, impersonate others, or facilitate fraud; or
• reverse engineer restricted portions of the service except where applicable law permits that activity.

Analysis, recommendations, Looks, LUTs, previews, and exports are creative assistance tools. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent across images, displays, color spaces, devices, software, and production workflows.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining backups, testing compatibility, and making final creative and delivery decisions. CineLook AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice or certification.

The CineLook AI interface, software, branding, designs, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to their respective owners or licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of those materials.

Third-party product, software, camera, and film names remain the property of their respective owners. References do not by themselves imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or partnership.

CineLook AI uses Supabase for account authentication and profile and membership data. It may also rely on browsers, operating systems, devices, networks, hosting, or other infrastructure outside the service's control. Those third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

The website may display plans or planned paid features. The audited repository does not contain active payment processing, so displayed prices and plans do not by themselves establish a completed purchase, subscription, automatic renewal, refund, cancellation, billing, or tax arrangement.

If paid features are activated, applicable transaction terms will need to be presented before a purchase is completed.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. CineLook AI is not guaranteed to be permanently available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and compatibility with every browser, device, camera, file, or professional workflow is not promised.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CineLook AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that outputs will meet a particular creative, technical, or commercial requirement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CineLook AI and the persons responsible for providing it will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains subject to applicable law. These Terms do not state an unverified monetary liability cap.

Access may be restricted or discontinued when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, serious violations of these Terms, threats to service security, or service changes. Account or membership access may be suspended for those reasons. The current service has no active paid subscription or stored account balance.

You may stop using CineLook AI at any time.

These Terms may be revised to reflect changes to CineLook AI, applicable requirements, or service practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms operate subject to applicable law and do not limit mandatory rights that apply to you. The repository does not verify a legal entity, registered address, governing jurisdiction, court, or arbitration forum, so this page does not designate one.
